THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD. I HAVE BEEN A RESTRAUNT MANAGER FOR 15 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE TREATED A CUSTOMER THE WAY THESE PEOPLE DO, THEY CALLED US LIERS OVER 1.50 ORDER OF JOJO NOW I WOULD NOT OF CALLED AND COMPLAINED OVER SOME JOJOS BUT MY MOTHER IS AN ELDERLY LADY AND THATS ALL SHE CAN EAT FROM THERE THEY KEPT YELLING AT ME ON THE PHONE CALLING ME A LIER BECAUSE HIS COOK SAID HE LOADED OUR BOX WITH JOJOS NOW 8 JOJOS IS NOT LOADING ANYTHING,I ORDED EXTRA .ILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND THE PEOPLE I KNOW IN THE CITY OF GREEN WITCH IS ALOT I HAVE BEEN HERE 35YEARS WELL NOT GIVE THEM OUR MONEY ANY MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible and Rude Service - Food just OK. I've never been treated so badly by a business as Gionino's Pizzeria on Massillon Rd. And stupid me, I gave them a second chance with even worse results. The people that own/operate this business need to go back to school, learn about customer service, and then teach their employees.

Both times we've ordered from Gioninos, our order has been wrong, late/cold, and poorly made. The first time we ordered I called to complain and the guy on the phone told me that it was a *busy* day and what did I expect. I couldn't believe it. The second time we ordered, my wife called to complain and the person she spoke to called her a four letter word. I called them back to talk to the manager and the person I talked to said he was the owner and that he didn't have time to talk to me.
