We hired a professional to manage our rental after trying to “do it ourselves” for several years. We were referred to Tiger Lily Realty, an independent property management company who services individual homeowners like us. By hiring a local specialist, with years of expertise, we were able to end our tenant nightmares and financial outpour.



Tricia Hiss, the owner-broker and assistant Cheryl, are well informed with the local rental market and offered us practical solutions to prepare our house for new tenants. They take care of marketing including the placement of local print ads, and prepare a home tour for their frequented website, and various internet sites. They screen the applicants, handle the viewings, and perform credit and reference checks.

Tiger Lily diligently collects rent, maintains detailed accounting and contacts us only if there is a maintenance issue or to convey a special request from the tenants. When we have a question or concern, they are readily accessible and responsive.

The bottom line is that you must choose a local professional who will protect your investment with experience. Tiger Lily has reasonable fees—and you get more than you pay for when you utilize their services. Be wary of larger firms who may assign a sloppy or inexperienced agent who does not know local market and practices.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGER. Tiger Lily is about money and does whatever it takes to get income into her hands. She took over management of four of my properties, which were all occupied at the time. Within five months none of the properties had tenants and she was still collecting monthly fees.

Upon terminating the contract, she requested additional fees and charged for bogus advertising expenses.

All my tenants - two of which returned to the properties after she was fired - spoke of how rude, nasty and unfriendly she was to them.

WARNING: GO ELSEWHERE!!!

RIP OFF!!!!!!!!. If you decide to rent from her be prepared no matter how clean you live, you will not get your security deposit returned, anyone who has rented from her had to take her to court to get there deposit
