My younger daughter leased a new Honda Crosstour a few months ago, trading in her leased Accord. No other local dealership could match the Pruitt deal. My wife and I just traded in our Accord on a new Pilot; we always loved the larger SUV. We love the vehicle, and working with John & Jason. We felt that they had the best deal was offered, with no pressure to accept or walk. Those two experiences prompted our older daughter to buy a Pilot this week! Mike Pruitt LOVES our family, for sure, but they earned our business.

From the time we walked into the dealership to the time we left, we had excellent service. Marcus came in on his day off to work with us and we test drove two vehicles before I decided on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He did not try to talk us into any additional options or an upgrade. He was very pleasant and personable. The paperwork we signed did not take long at all. We have purchased from two other local Honda dealerships in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had. My van was delivered to me sparkling on the inside and out and Marcus made sure I was comfortable with everything before we drove off. No other dealership can compare to the service we received and the hassle-free overall experience. My entire family loves the vehicle and we are very happy with our decision. I cannot say enough about this dealership and we will be sure to be back again when it's time for another vehicle.

Had a great experience shopping (for the first time) for my new car. It was not hard to replace my old highschool car and I got a good price out of it. I went home very happy and feel like my financial situation was heavily considered.

I give Mike Pruitt Honda 5 stars because of the friendliness and awesome staff, from the salesman to Tom in the finance department. Our salesman Jacob Decker was awesome and answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all. We drove 45 minutes away because they had the best deals that I could find. It was our first time there but it will not be our last time. I will definitely go back when we are ready to purchase another car. Thank you Jacob and the rest of the Mike Pruitt staff !!

I sent an email using the Mike Pruitt website to request information on trading in my lease early and leasing a newer Civic. I received a reply the same day from Marcus. He was able to work with me via email. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and left a few hours later with the car I wanted. He was very helpful and professional and made the new car process enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership and the salesmen to everyone I know who is interested in a new car. I love my car!

I have been in the market for a new car for months. I am very passionate about automobiles and have been in the tire industry for over 3 years. After doing a lot of research and visiting the Cleveland auto show, I knew that the newly designed 2013 Honda accord sport is for me. My only dilemma was what Honda dealership do I want to make my purchase at? I went onto autotrader and submitted some information on what I was looking for. These names came to mind: Mike Pruitt, Classic, Park, and Jay. I've been to Park Honda before and felt their customer service was not at the level I expected, they were out. I've spoke to Jay Honda and they seemed very nice and customer oriented, however they are located in Bedford. I live in Cuyahoga Falls and drive pass Mike Pruitt on Route 8 almost everyday and they were the first people to send me an e-mail asking for my business. Many of my own friends and customers purchased vehicles from Mike Pruitt and I've only heard good things. The first response shows that they are ambitious and really want to earn my business.This was the obvious dealer to visit first. I came in on a weekday and they were slow. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked for the sales person that emailed me. He greeted me and remembered the e-mail. We went for a test drive and it was everything I had expected. I would return on Saturday to make the "deal". I got a great price and a fair value for my trade in, but the friendliness and personability of the staff is what sealed the deal. They earned my business and me as a customer. I want to thank Marvin Maffett for his persistance and service.

Very nice was not pushy at all would recommend to anyone. Would come here again if we need another vehicle. I was very happy to not have pushy service made me feel good.

Excellent service! Marvin was informed and did a great job. I am a loyal Honda fan and will be back. The entire process was about 3 hours long, from test drive to driving away.

When I was searching for quotes on internet I found a car I like at MPH page, the quote I was given was reasonable and when I arrived the price was honored, Marcus had everything ready at time agreed upon and the car was set up for a test drive. The transaction was smooth without any ‘surprises’; Marcus made certain I understood all the new technologies in the car and explained how they worked. I was given a tour of the dealership's service area (very clean) and I can say that Mike Pruitt will have my future business.
