Although I knew that a new car was to be in my near future, I NEVER thought it would happen so quickly and easily! The dealer location is 4.5 miles from my home.... perfect for servicing as well. Trading in a car, their trade-in value was fair and they accomodated my price expectations. Vera was especially helpful and low-pressure! This I truly appreciated!

Everyone at Mike Pruitt Honda was exceptional in their assistance in my transition to a new Honda Civic. All were friendly, helpful, and willing and made the experience far easier than I expected buying a new car to be. After being with another local Honda dealership for 10+ years and being treated like a second class individual, I went to Mike Pruitt and met John Russo. WOW. I told him my story and he said that he will do everything he can to make the deal. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Civic. Coming from a customer service background, I know how important clients are. John went above and beyond in assisting me. In the next 18 months my family has three leases that are up and they will all be turned in at Pruitt Honda and deals will be made for three more vehicles. Thanks again to John and the staff for EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Great price and great service from both Maurice and the Finance Manager (cannot recall the name). Very painless Internet quoting process and I appreciated the lack of sales pressure. I should mention the price I got on a 13 accord lx crushed other quotes I had received by over $800. I will recommend Mike Pruitt in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience. Buying a car can be stressful if you haven’t done it often. The salesperson got me what I asked for my trade-in, they got me a lower rate than what I was preapproved for, and they covered the cost of certification activation. So, I don't think I could have done better for the price and the high-demand car make and model.

I was very pleased with with service I received yesterday while buying a new Honda by Lynn Snoderly, as she answered all the questions, even some tricky ones, I had about the car, plus she was most helpful in dealing with the facts and figures of the trade in, was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire transaction. She handled the negotiations for my trade-in very well.....along with making it very easy to be in the new car that same afternoon. Definitely will see her again for my next car.

All of the employees were very friendly and professional. The dealership was clean and well kept. The price I paid for my 2013 Honda Civic ES was very fair. This is the way all car dealerships should be run. It was obvious that our salesman, Brandon Howard, really cared about us. A great experience and I plan to shop here for my next new car purchase and I will definitly reccomend Mike Pruitt Honda to all my friends and family.

Going to this dealership was a great experience. John was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the car. He exceeded my expectations and went out of his way to help in any way that he could. All of the staff was very kinda and exceptionally helpful. I will definitely be back to this dealership for service and future purchases.
