Nice jewelry, but if your shopping for an engagement ring you'd be better off at Jared's or some place like that where they offer a 30 day return policy,as SAMs offers none!

Sam's is good if you know what you want to buy but buyer beware because there is no return policy and they don't tell you that up front when they are trying to sell you something but quickly jump to their "policy" when you need to return something like an engagement ring. So if you are going to buy an engagement ring from them make sure she says yes first otherwise you are stuck with the ring!!

Wonderful experience. The people are friendly and listen to what you want not what they want to sell...Sam's has been receiving my business for years and will continue to do so...great craftsmanship makes you come back and the value makes you smile for years.

User review by usgoods. The employees behind the counter were friendly and easy to work with. They gave me what I wanted without trying to upgrade or downgrade me. Parking is good most of the time, but can fill up around lunch and during the afternoon rush.
