great cars,,,great prices,,,excellent service. have purchased several cars from World Auto Net and Fred and the staff are very friendly and always helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!!

dont believe the hype. i just recently purchased a 04 bmw from ray at world auto net a couple of weeks ago. i love the car but i love the service even more. my car was perfect when i bought it but after taking it to Alabama for a family reunion i return home with a coolant leak. i called ray at the store and asked him if they could fix it he told me to bring it down and ill have the technician look at it. so i to it to the store the technician was very friend and helpful told me that it would take a hour or so to find the leak. right off the bat they offered me a loaner till they could find the leak and fix my car. my car was done that day with out me having to stay at the store. i will never take my car anywhere else to have it fixed and i will recommend this place to any and all who are looking for a great used car.

RUN, FAR, FAR away from this place!!!. HORRIBLE customer service AFTER you purchase the vehicle. Rude service when trying to get anything done with them. I will NEVER buy from them again. Not ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My tire after only 5 months of owning, detriorated. I had to call a tow truck and that is when it was discovered that the spare part to remove my tire was missing from the kit that comes with the car. I called the dealership to let them know that I needed the part, and a guy, Jim,got nasty and rude with me and tried to tell me how I was misinformed and that he was basically doing me a favor just for listening to me tell him what I needed. I never received the second key to my vehicle that I was told I would and "Jim" told me that again, I was wrong. He told me to "calm down", though my voice tone never changed. Do yourself a favor, RUN don't walk away from this place!!!
