When i went there i was great by a girl and she took me to a friendly sales person who helped me out to pick a great new car. Even after the sale my service person helped out to get a loaner vehicle when my vehicle was going to be in service overnight.

Yes I was very satisfied with the service dept. everything went smooth as planned. No waiting around. Just drop off & pick up. I am pleased with the coating & service. Thanks Tim for the quick and smooth service. The wait was a little long for just an oil change. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I went to Fred Martin to get a dash light fix with my warranty I had a $100.00 deduct. if not covered. Well they said the part was'nt covered and it cost $400.00 to $500.00 to fix so I paid the $100.00 deduct. and went to Spitizer. on Verdon Odom. who said it was covered. I tried to get my $100.00 deduct.back and Joanne Clark said NO. I would like to have my money back because it was covered under my Warranty.
