When i went there i was great by a girl and she took me to a friendly sales person who helped me out to pick a great new car. Even after the sale my service person helped out to get a loaner vehicle when my vehicle was going to be in service overnight.
Joanne was extraordinarily courteous and really takes charge to ensure high quality. She's prompt and doesn't waste time. All high marks in my book.

I went to Fred Martin to get a dash light fix with my warranty I had a $100.00 deduct. if not covered. Well they said the part was'nt covered and it cost $400.00 to $500.00 to fix so I paid the $100.00 deduct. and went to Spitizer. on Verdon Odom. who said it was covered. I tried to get my $100.00 deduct.back and Joanne Clark said NO. I would like to have my money back because it was covered under my Warranty.
