2004 grand caravan. I purchased te 2004 dodge caravan oe year ago, it wasent what i wanted or could afford, seems that the van was standing for some time because they had pressurised the tres very hard..after having it at home 2 of the tires developed leaks and one almost went flat after taking it out of the garage.. The cooling system hoses under are leaking, someone triedfixing the wiring and left the wires exp[osed in the doors openings, When we,(me and my wife were signing papers, my wife wa FORCED to sign all the papers, then the woman made a remark about me and my health that i will never FORGET, i should take some personal action about it... Now i have a vehicle that i didnt want, i wanted a KIA!! as i told toe other dealer the same thing, as soon as i get more paid off on the dodge grand caravan im going to get the vehicle i wanted in the first place!!! ASAP!! No, im not happy with the deaalership and im glad for one thing that my SON is a ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC!! …

Feel like we were part of the family. The sales man looked out for my best interest at hand and did not in any way try to sell me something I could not afford. My past experience when walking into a dealership has been on a defense. But this dealership made me feel like were a part of their family. Praise goes to Rob, salesman, and Brett, sales manager, for making sure my needs were met. Seeing the loyalty of the sales force, we as a family upgraded to a better vehicle that fitted our needs. …
