Worst Manager ever!. Manager sitting at home on the busiest night of the year calling my family member a lier instead of questioning his own employees for lack of delivery. Worst service in my life! I understood why after speaking with the Manager.

My family ordered online the night before Thanksgiving. When the order did not arrive after an hour we called the store. We were told the pizza was with the driver and we would get it any minute. We waited another 40 minutes and called a second time. This time without our knowledge we were connected to the Manager who was loafing around at home asking us why we were bothering him. When my daughter explained that she called the restaurant to tell them we never received our order he called her a liar, stated she never placed an online order, and his employees who have worked with him a long time would never tell us a pizza was on the way if it was never ordered. We faxed the confirem and were told the pizza was again on the way...it never arrived of course. 3 hours of our time wasted!!!!

great food. I drove past hungry howies after work. They had a deal for a 1 topping large pizza for $5.99 I went in and ordered my food and i was out in 10 minutes. The customer service was good and they had magizines in there to read. The pizza was hot and good. They also have flavored crust for free. This was my first time there and I will be back.

Terrible customer service very very rude on the phone and could not understand on the phone gave attittude. Overall decent pizza but the workers are terrible and very rude and used to get hungry howies all the time but the customer service was always terrible. We would rather pay $4 dollars more somewhere else for a better and respectful customer service. We would NOT RECOMMEND HUNGRY HOWIES IN CUYAHOGA FALLS,OHIO IT IS TERRIBLE!
