Nasty bartender/manager. I put in a simple order while I waited to go to a meeting. I switched a cheese and added a few condiments (onion, pickle and tomato) to my sandwich. When I got the bill, it was nearly $2 more for said condiments. The young man bartender - whose brother evidently is the manager - said snidely, 'If you add to your meal, you should expect to pay for it.' My reply: 'As someone who has worked in the restaurant business, I also know that it is your responsibility to TELL me that these condiments are an additional cost. You... did not.' The manager, popped by and said 'You ok here?' He did not identify himself as the manager nor did he act like one. I said 'yes' as I was waiting for the bartender to adjust my bill. Both were rude and insulting. The manager said snidely, 'You want my card?' ... My boss will have my back and believe me over you. What is there not to believe? They were rude, unprofessional and hardly worth my hard earned money or time to ever enter their doors again. And for the record... I WAS polite... but inside, I was so very tempted to give him a piece of my mind. I was speechless, to tell you the truth. Who do these brothers think they are? I'm curious....…
Barmaids very unfriendly. The barmaids and waitresses are so unfriendly. They ignore you as you wait until they are done chatting with others to take your order. Then they just put it in front of you with no comment or smile (here ya go) would be nice...or just some eye contact. The guys servers are pretty friendly, the women are really just bitchy . Food is not bad. It's too bad cause we live close and would like a neighborhood pub to frequent besides Whitey's…
Wow. From the time I walked in I was surprised. The service was horrible, food even worse, and the owners who were pointed out to me were drunk. Fine way to run a business. Will never be back
Horrible. Worst service ever. Food was over or under cooked. Medium steak well done, chicken medium, explain that.
