I sent my mother flowers to this place and someone signed for them and it is a day later and she still has not received them. When I called, the people I spoke with were very rude. I mean, my mom is in the hospital for Mother's Day and these people want to get rude with me when I am trying to find out what happened to her flowers. I live in another state and could not take them to her myself. It seems to me if these people are rude about something like this, how would they be over something else? I am really angry and upset and from my short experience with the people I spoke with, I do not see why anyone would want to go to a hospital where the workers don't have an ounce of kindness.
