An Hour Wait!. I used to go to Dr. Marsico, but after waiting an hour past my appointment time, I'll never go back. His office staff was rude and acted as if it was just normal procedure to be kept waiting so long. The waiting room was packed, so they obviously overbook to a ridiculous degree. When I asked the staff what the problem was, I was told that "the doctor is very busy today. You'll have to wait". Sure honey, I have nothing better to do but sit here and twiddle my thumbs. When my appointment is at 10, I don't expect to see a doctor at 10 on the dot. But I also don't expect to still be waiting to get in at 11. My time is valuable, too. VERY unprofessional!
